The Wirehands Standard

We only send our hands to companies that earn them.

We check in with every hire at day 7, 30 and 60. If the company doesn't do what it said, we place you again, free.

A company only gets our hands if it

  • Has 20 or more in the field on commercial or industrial work
  • Pays at or above the going rate, with rate, hours and per diem in writing before you start
  • Has the next job booked before this phase ends
  • Has a clean safety record
